Delivery

We ship with DAO, GLS or PostNord depending on your location and order size. Delivery times and conditions are subject to the terms and service guarantees of the selected carrier.

Standard products: Expected delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Made-to-order products: Products made to order have a production time of up to 3 weeks, after which they are dispatched. Total delivery time may therefore be up to 3–4 weeks from the date of order.

We aim to inform you of the expected delivery time for each product in the product description.

Payment for Made-to-Order Items

For products made to order, payment is charged to your card when production begins — not at the time of ordering. You will receive a confirmation when your order goes into production.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information from the selected carrier.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard products from the date of receipt. Made-to-order products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are produced specifically for you. This is clearly stated in the product description.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup as an alternative to home delivery.

Standard products: Ready for pickup within 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
Made-to-order products: Pickup is available once production is complete, which may take up to 3 weeks. The same production timeline applies as for home delivery.

As our opening hours vary, pickup time must always be confirmed by email before collection. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, after which you can contact us at shop.hubbus@gmail.com to arrange a suitable time.
