This drawing is hand-drawn with oil pastels and subsequently professionally scanned and printed to preserve the depth of colours, layers, and the original expression as accurately as possible.
The print is produced on 275 g distinctly textured paper in a slightly off-white tone. The paper is not smooth but has a visible and tangible surface that closely resembles the original drawing paper and supports the analogue origin without adding new visual elements.
The colours appear saturated with visible traces of the chalk's layers and movement. Variations in colour intensity and structure are part of the expression and bear witness to the hand-drawn process.
Each print is handwritten with HUBBUS as a discreet marking.
